Joseph Wetch was born in Bismarck, North Dakota on November 28, 1966. He graduated from the University of North Dakota (B.A. Magna Cum Laude, 1998) and from the University of North Dakota School of Law (with distinction, 2001). He authored "Constitutional Law-First Amendment-Commercial Speech: Broadcasters come up all 7s: Advertising of Casinos and Gambling, Greater New Orleans Broadcasters Association v. United States," published in North Dakota Law Review Vol. 76 No. 1, pg.161. He joined the firm in 2001 and has been active in litigation matters since that time. He has lectured on the use of medical records in litigation. His areas of concentration are litigation, medical malpractice defense and insurance law.
